Join us on the morning of the 17th of April for a very special Yoga Breakfast.
Lily Silverton (All Body Yoga) will lead us through a 45 minute Yin Yang yoga sequence designed to work deep into the muscles, joints and connective tissue and which will leave you feeling energised and restored in equal measure.
This will be followed by a beautiful organic Indian-inspired breakfast by the wonderful chef Mira Manek. You can stay and chat over chai, or take your breakfast to-go if a desk somewhere beckons!
