Join us on the evening of Tuesday, March 10th as we welcome Mira Manek back to the base for a night to explore the enlightening benefits of journalling. This event is all about mastering your rituals and learning how to apply the ancient science of Ayurveda to your daily life.
This Tuesday evening workshop will include with a small shot of blueberry and cardamom lassi before Mira takes you on an Ayuverdic journey of rituals from her new book Prajna. We will be exploring and creating personalised spiritual practices to specifically benefit the mind, body, and soul, whilst developing a deeper understanding of their interconnectedness. You’ll have the opportunity to note simple rituals for yourself, create your own playlist, and ultimately learn about practices elevate, enlighten and ground you.
Mira Manek combines her love of healthy eating and Indian flavours to create her own style of vibrant Indian-inspired food. Mira has written two books. Her first cookbook Saffron Soul, was published in 2017, a collection of modern and traditional vegetarian recipes rooted in her Gujarati heritage interspersed with family stories. Her second book Prajna, Ayurvedic Rituals for Happiness has recently come out and is available to purchase at her cafe and all major book stores. Mira launched her cafe Chai by Mira last year in the event space at Triyoga Soho, inside Kingly Court, Carnaby. Her chai spice mix is used by various cafes and restaurants in London and Mira is a highly sought after chef frequently running supper-clubs, workshops and retreats in London and abroad.
