I’m thrilled to announce my first Soulful Retreat, with my friend and incredible yoga teacher Lily Silverton! The retreat is taking place over four days and three nights at the luxurious private venue Poundon House, set in 6 acres of beautiful countryside in Oxfordshire.

There will be two daily yoga practices, six in total, lead by Lily, brunches, dinners and chai with specially curated vegetarian and plant-based menus from my best-selling book Saffron Soul and more. There will be opportunities for long country walks, we’ll be speaking about nutrition, you will have a cookery workshop with me and a self-care workshop with Lily. There will also be some chanting for rhythmic elevation as well as delicious yoga nidra to inspire much-needed soulful sleep, along with comforting turmeric and saffron milk to end the day. Lastly, healthy goodie bags with some delicious bits for you to take home.
You will leave feeling nourished, restored, and invigorated.

I always find retreats to be soul-filling and inspiring, from the powerful yoga and incredible stretching to the new friends I make, and I’d like to keep that soulfulness as a theme in all my retreats.
