Delicious, wholesome and warming breakfast in a mug! Watch the video

Simply roast a pumpkin 🎃 (or you can use a few tablespoons of ready pumpkin purée) then take a 3-4 small scoops from the pumpkin and blend together with:

  • around 300ml almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • pinch of turmeric
  • pinch of cardamom
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey

Then simmer and boil in a pan, add a little more milk if it’s too thick (although thick and soupy is also lovely!) pour in a mug and top with pumpkin seeds, a little more honey, cinnamon and anything else you fancy!
