How do you feel your best? Health is very individual but we all want to feel our best. Health is a culmination and combination of daily choices – food, movement and rest – and consistency is key.

The root cause of any dis-ease in the body is some sort of stress, so it’s important to identify and work on this source. 

I am an Integrated Health Practitioner, have written a book on Ayurveda, studied nutrition, breathwork and EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique). Integrated health brings together modern medicine and nutrition with the principles of Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine, thus an integrated approach. 

How I work with you:

  • You will be sent a detailed questionnaire to fill in which help guide your initial consultation
  • Your 90 minute consultation will take place in my clinic central London, thereafter 60 minute weekly check-ins for a minimum of 6 weeks 
  • I will guide you with food and nutrition and design a bespoke programme for you, with recipes, supplements, training and more
